Order Cancellation Policy
1. Conditions for cancelling orders
- The customer can request the cancellation of the order within a maximum of 24 hours after the completion of the purchase, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.
- If the order has already been shipped or if the 24-hour deadline has expired, cancellation will no longer be possible. After receiving the goods, the customer can exercise the right of return in the manner provided.
Orders containing items made at the customer's specific request cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
2. Cancellation Request Procedure
To request the cancellation of an order, the customer must follow these steps:
The customer must send a written communication by e-mail to customer service within the allowed timeframe, indicating the order number and the cancellation request.
Customer service will check the status of the order and confirm if cancellation is still possible.
The customer will then receive an official confirmation of cancellation or, if the order has already been shipped, instructions on how to proceed with the return.
3. Refund management
If you cancel approved prior to shipping, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. Actual crediting times may vary depending on the payment service provider.
