4. Our commitment to the customer

We are committed to providing a transparent and trustworthy shopping experience.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days of payment completion.

Processing Deadline:
Orders placed before 16:00 hours are processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after 16:00 will be processed starting from the next working day.
In the case of public holidays, processing will begin on the first working day.

All products are delivered free of charge throughout Italy.
After shipping, the estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days within Italy.

The customer can request the cancellation of the order within a maximum of 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

After shipment, the customer can request a return within 15 days of receiving the order.

The return label is included inside the package upon delivery (the customer receives the return shipping label directly in the package).

Once the returned product has been received and verified, the refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.
