1. Commitment to sustainability

The store management is committed to promoting sustainable development through responsible environmental, social and economic practices.

We recognize the importance of reducing the environmental impact of our activities and contributing to a more conscious and durable consumption model, in compliance with current legislation in Italy.

2. Materials and product selection

When selecting furniture products, special attention is paid to the quality, durability and safety of the materials used.

We encourage the use of resistant materials and solutions designed to ensure a long useful life of the product, helping to reduce waste and limit frequent replacement of items.

Whenever possible, we work with suppliers who adopt responsible production processes that comply with applicable environmental standards.

3. Packaging and logistics

We are committed to optimizing packaging to reduce material consumption and limit waste.

Packaging is designed to adequately protect products during transport, reducing the risk of damage and consequent unnecessary returns.

Efficient logistics management contributes to the reduction of emissions associated with transport.

4. Social responsibility and working conditions

We promote ethical and responsible practices along the supply chain.

We work with partners who comply with regulations on labour, safety and fundamental rights of individuals, in accordance with applicable legislation.

We do not tolerate exploitative practices or working conditions that do not comply with legal standards.

5. Returns management and waste reduction

In the event of a return, the customer can exercise their right within 15 days of receiving the order.

The return label is included inside the package upon delivery (the customer receives the return shipping label directly in the package).

Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund is processed within 2–3 business days.

Through careful verification of returned products, we promote, where possible, the reintegration of eligible items into the sales cycle, contributing to the reduction of waste.

The customer can request the cancellation of the order within a maximum of 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

6. Continuous improvement

The sustainability policy is periodically reviewed in order to identify new opportunities for improvement and adaptation to regulatory and technological developments.

We are committed to promoting transparency and accountability in our activities, encouraging sustainability-oriented behaviour both internally and towards business partners.
